    2 1 5 We called in for a replacement key pad, receive the replacement, called the number and followed the options on the paper that came in the box with the replacement keypad 8-10 times and never got a hold of anyone. Finally, I called a different Tech number I had from the past and got a hold of Winona who was very helpful and nice but she informed me that the replacement we received was not updated and that we would need ANOTHER replacement to replace our replacement. After being transferred and being on hold for FIFTY MINUTES, we finally got the terminal working and are waiting on our second replacement key pad. 1
