    5 1 5 Debbie was very helpful. I have been dealing with an issue with First Data Global Leasing for several days. I have spoke with Clover, First Data, First Data Global Leasing and Merchant Services and I was very frustrated. First Data Global Leasing had been billing my company $38.36 every month for 5 years for a lease that was terminated in December 2014. I couldn't get an answer and every time I called FDGL I couldn't get anywhere because I didn't have a merchant id. Finally, I got Debbie after calling Merchant Services 5 times in 2 weeks. Debbie realized that this was on a previous lease and conference called FDGL and we were able to find out what was going on. I am waiting on FDGL to resolve this, but I am very grateful that Debbie took the initiative to help me. I would highly recommend her to anyone - her customer service skills and knowledge are outstanding. 1
