    3 1 5 We got our Clover Mini through SBGA and for the first 18 months it worked great and I would have given them 5 stars, we had worked out the costs and everything was great. We went along our business without thinking about SBGA or seeing, hearing or needing from their rep. That has all changed as of 5 weeks ago when our clover mini's card reader went bad. I had to call several different number to a get an answer on what to do our mini, bottom line since we've had the mini and have been a faithful client for over a year the warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do. They did, however, were quick to rush a new contract either a new mini for $700, twice the price of other providers, or a four year lease at $49/month ($2.352). I've spoken to our rep 3 times, who keeps promising solutions, a used terminal at a "discounted price", but I haven't hear back from him in 2 weeks. I will be looking to get out of this contract and finding a new provider. 1

    3 1 5 SBGA shows signs of improving. They say they will buyout our lease of defective Clover Mini units (Clover wouldn't stand behind their equipment--just over a year old). Prior offers were worse than holding onto malfunctioning equipment. If SBGA satisfies our concerns as they say they will without extending our obligations, and that's a big if, then they will rate a five star rating. Small business owners have it tough competing with the C-Corporations. We'll see if Small Business Growth Alliance stands up to their name. 1
