I called today and found out ok lets get that money back on your clover for todays settlement, and find out the card is now expired. Great, not!!! 1

    1 1 5 one of my clover units has failed. the replacement process is in efficient and over all unsatisfactory. i was told i would be contacted yesterday, but I had to call in myself because no one ever contacted me. i had to sit on hold for along time after which I was forced to go through an overly redundant diagnostic process repeating several procedures that I told the representative I had already performed. He insisted that I repeat them before he was able to assist me 1

    1 1 5 The representative was not helpful at all. She asked for the last 4 acct number & tax ID whoch I provided her exactly what is on our contract with sbga. I’m am an authorized user on the account and offered other ways to verify. She was not helpful AT ALL. Had a simple question about credit card rates on our Clover. Very disappointed. 1
