    1 1 5 I had a horrible time trying to actually talk to someone. I waited on hold for 20 mins and then got transferred to a survey on how my experience was.. called back and got stuck in a loop. Tried the call back feature 2 times and when I received the call it I would say hello over and over then I would get an automated response of we're sorry we couldn't reach you. I finally got someone who once again transferred me to another company and they were able to help me. I am completely disgusted with the service I received. 1

    1 1 5 Support on equipment not good at all. Have to go thru leasing company which doesn’t honor replacement and both companies want you to purchase new equipment. Once a lease is signed they wash their hands of all equipment issues but they will sell you a new one. I guess it’s time to switch providers as my lease is almost up. 1
